Commercial Manager/Business Manager
The Business Manager is the person within the agency responsible for client relations from an economic and relational standpoint. They receive the brief and manage contractual steps with the client from the initial stages through to finalising the contract and delivering the event.
They identify the brief, maintain client relationships and foster loyalty, and finalise contracts with a view to sustaining and growing the business.
Within events involving sponsorship, they are responsible for identifying sponsors and technical partners. They have clear business objectives and, to achieve them, present the agency and new projects, contacting prospects in order to obtain briefs from new or existing clients.
