Accessibility
1. What digital accessibility means
Accessibility of websites and digital technologies means designing and developing tools that can be used by everyone, including people with disabilities or specific needs.
Creating accessible experiences means ensuring that every user can perceive, understand, navigate and interact with content without barriers.
Accessible design not only supports those who use assistive technologies, but also improves usability for everyone, making digital products simpler, more intuitive and inclusive.
2. Our commitment
As Accademia Fiera Milano, we are committed to promoting a culture of inclusion embedded in how we work every day.
We believe accessibility is a shared responsibility: we listen to our stakeholders, understand their needs, and work to make our products and services accessible anywhere and to anyone.
3. Our actions for an accessible website
In line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), we work on the three pillars of accessibility—design, content and code—to continuously improve our digital channels.
We follow the W3C WCAG 2.1 Guidelines, which define international standards to make web content accessible to people with different types of disabilities (visual, motor, cognitive, hearing).
Our goal is to ensure a fair, high-quality digital experience for every user.
4. How to report an accessibility issue
Accessibility is an ongoing process: despite our efforts, some pages may not yet fully comply with the standards.
If you encounter difficulties while using the Website, you can report them by writing to accademia@fondazionefiera.it.
Please include:
• First and last name
• URL or functionality where you encountered the issue
• Description of the issue
• Device and browser used
• Any assistive technologies in use
We will respond within 30 days of receiving your report. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy notice.
5. Accessibility statement
This statement is the result of a technical assessment carried out by expert resources through automated tests and manual checks on a representative sample of pages.
It was drafted on 30/10/2025 following an independent assessment.
