Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager for an event is responsible for managing and coordinating the flows of vehicles, goods and people. In this capacity, they are often the person who proposes the venue for the event, selects hotels for guests and handles flights and catering.
At complex events, the Logistics Manager is supported by a Hospitality Manager, responsible for transport and welcoming participants and speakers, and by a Food & Beverage Manager, responsible in particular for managing lunches and dinners.
