Quality Management System

The Quality Manager ensures that every activity within the exhibition venue meets standards of excellence. They manage the certification process, working with external bodies and consultants to define plans, documentation, and training activities.
They are also responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system, combining analytical skills, planning abilities, and regulatory knowledge. This role ensures that every project is carried out with method, precision, and close attention to detail.
