Stefania Boleso is a marketing expert and adjunct lecturer at Università Cattolica in Milan and other training institutions. In the master in Trade Show, Event and Congress Design and Management she introduces the Marketing & Communication module, teaching the foundations of these two disciplines through a practical and interactive approach.

Bio

A graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University, she has worked in marketing for over 20 years—first in multinational companies, where she held managerial positions, and later as an independent consultant and corporate trainer.

She has developed experience across numerous sectors: luxury, food & beverage, retail, banking, manufacturing, services, and education & training. In 2016 she founded Trademark-You, an organisation that develops employee advocacy programmes to help companies enhance the value of their employees and attract new talent, and supports entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals in building effective personal marketing strategies.

Since 2011 she has been an adjunct professor at Università Cattolica in Milan and collaborates with numerous universities and training institutions for professionals throughout Italy.
