AIM Group

In collaboration with AIM Group, an international organization specialized in event and congress management, the participants of the master in Trade Show, Event and Congress Design and Management carried out a practical exercise dedicated to the venue scouting phase.

Working in groups, they stepped into the role of a PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) with the objective of responding to the needs of a client in the medical-scientific sector.

Simulating the organization of a congress in the dental field, they researched and selected suitable venues, sent specific requests to the locations identified, and designed a networking event for the opening of the conference, dealing with real constraints and the operational dynamics of the sector.
