Food & Beverage/Catering Manager

The Food & Beverage/Catering Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the entire process of organising the food & beverage service for a client. They manage all activities related to food & beverage and, in line with the client’s needs, select restaurants, chefs, catering agencies, venues and suppliers, prepare the budget and coordinate and monitor the work.
They also define how food and beverages are displayed, taking care of aesthetics, visual impact and packaging.
