Bio

Cinzia Zanin holds a degree in Japanese Language and Culture and has lived in very different contexts—from a small village in the Dolomites to Venice, through Poland, the Czech Republic, Japan, and, today, Milan.

She has been part of Fondazione Fiera Milano since 2015, where she began by contributing to the organisation of the 82nd UFI Congress, the leading global association for the exhibition industry. She currently serves as Head of Accademia Fiera Milano. For several years, she worked in tutoring and corporate digital communication, an area in which she received two Global Exhibitions Day Awards: in 2017 for Best Online Activity and in 2019 for Talent Promotion.

In 2019, she was awarded the UFI Next Generation Leadership Grant, a merit-based scholarship dedicated to young talents in the exhibition sector. She has served as a speaker and moderator in various international contexts and, since 2025, has been President of UFI’s People&Culture Working Group.

During her time at the Accademia, she has guided more than 300 students along their educational journey toward a career in the world of exhibitions and events, supporting them from the early stages of orientation through entry into the job market. Her role provides her with a privileged perspective on the evolution of new talent and the transformations reshaping the industry.
